NoLimit Voices

Lived experience, told in first person.

NoLimit Voices is an editorial spotlight where people affected by multiple sclerosis share their story in their own words. We publish with care, with consent, and with respect for the person behind every story.

This is a recurring website and social spotlight. We feature people living with MS, caregivers, family members, clinicians, researchers, and allies. There is no single right kind of story. A first diagnosis, a caregiving routine, a clinic day, a return to the stage, or a quiet ordinary week all belong here.

What a spotlight can include

  • Written story

Your words, lightly edited for clarity only, never for meaning.

  • Portrait or photo essay

One portrait or a small set of images that show your world.

  • Short video

A brief self recorded or produced piece in your own voice.

  • Social carousel

A short visual sequence built for Instagram and similar platforms.

How it works

  1. 01

    Submit

Send us as much or as little as you want to start with.

  2. 02

    Editorial conversation

We talk through what you want to share and what stays private.

  3. 03

    You approve

You review the final quotes and visuals before anything moves forward.

  4. 04

    We publish

Your spotlight goes live on the website and social channels you approved.

Your rights as a contributor

  • You keep ownership of your story. Sharing it with us does not sign it away.
  • You approve the final quotes and visuals before publication.
  • You can choose to appear anonymously or under a preferred display name.
  • You can request a correction or a full withdrawal at any time.

How we publish

Your story, your terms.

  • You choose whether to publish under your name, a preferred display name, or anonymously.
  • You approve every quote before it goes live.
  • You can withdraw your story at any time by contacting us.
  • We never ask for medical records, medications, or diagnosis documents.

Privacy

We store your submission securely, share it only with the editorial team, and use it only for the purpose of considering it for publication. See our privacy notice.

Publication choices

These two choices are an early expression of interest, not a final publication release.

Submitting your story does not give us permission to publish it. If your story moves forward, you will review the complete feature and choose exactly where it may appear before anything is released.

More spotlights

One story is published. The next ones come from people like you.

Nothing appears on this page until a real contributor has reviewed and approved their own story. We will not fill this space with invented people or sample quotes.
